What You Get

The 7 Minute Muscle program includes the book which is basically your bible to getting a better body. It contains all the information that you will need to get the muscles that you want. What I Like About It

This program can be used by virtually anybody out there. Whether you're already a body builder, an executive with an eight to five schedule or a busy mom, it will work for you. It does not select any specific group to target. Since the exercises are shot, you can do them at any convenient time for you without having to worry about keeping up with your other plans. Jon divides his plan into three levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced making it easier to track your improvement.


What I Don't Like About It

Even with exercises that promise to be short, you don't get exercises that are easy. Especially since Jon Benson makes sure that the training he provides is intense training. You will certainly need to exert effort to perform these exercises and you will need dedication as well. If you're expecting something that is easy then you will want to think again because these are serious exercises that target muscle building.


Conclusion

I would say that 7 Minute Muscle is well worth a try if you have a schedule that is tight yet you still want to stay fit. The time needed to perform the exercises is good short enough yet you get to maximize your workout and target areas you want to develop. It may be hard, but it will certainly be worth it when you get the body that you've always wanted.
